Losing weight

Losing weight is something I hold very close to my heart, I have struggled to lose weight for a while!  I know what it’s like to not have energy, feel down on yourself because of your weight and trying diet after diet to find yourself gaining it back right after you lost it.  Trust me, I have been there!  I am happy to announce that I have lost weight and have kept it off 🙂 It is actually a very simple solution (you take in less calories than you burn in a typical day).  Although it sounds easy it can be very hard!  I was around 105 pounds in high school and before I knew it I was at 171 pounds, time flew by and the weight was packed on.  While I was pregnant I found out that I had gestational diabetes and had to diet during my pregnancy.  At the end of my pregnancy I had only gained 14 pounds and grew a healthy eight-pound baby girl.  Once the breastfeeding fell through (we had a lot of complications) I decided that I was going to lose weight.  I looked for apps on my phone that would help me keep track of my calories and found an amazing app that I have used during my entire weight loss journey (NOOM COACH) http://noom.com.  I love NOOM COACH!  I counted calories and watched the weight fall off!  I am currently down 43 pounds and feel so much better!  I lost weight the HEALTHY way, yes it took a little longer but it has STAYED off!  My secret for weight loss was routine & diet, I ate basically the same thing every day and stuck with it!
