Ingredients:
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 TBSP garlic (minced)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 TBSP honey
- 1 TBSP chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp parsley (finely chopped)
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp sage (finely chopped)
- 1/4 tsp thyme (ground or finely chopped)
Directions:
- Mix above ingredients in container.
- Add meat of your choice (chicken, pork, turkey, beef, fish, seafood)
- Toss until meat is drenched in marinade.
- Let marinade soak into meat (at least 30 minutes) *place back refrigerator*
- Cook and enjoy! 🙂
You can also saute the leftover marinade and use it as a topping for your meal 😉
